Yes, Try Before You Buy is available in selected cities. You can try the pair when the rider arrives (rider waits outside). Pay only if you’re satisfied. Availability may vary by location.

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you promptly. We may offer an alternative or cancel the order based on your preference.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.

ORDER & RETURNS

Items can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/labels attached.
Processing typically takes 10–14 working days after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet our conditions. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless confirmed otherwise by support.
