Thanks for shopping with Etta Shoes. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We want you to love our products and recommend us to others. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Any article purchased can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase.
The returned/exchanged item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags/labels attached.
In case of minor defects or damages during delivery, Etta Shoes may offer a discount instead of an exchange or refund.
This policy is applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan only. For international orders, please contact our customer support team and we will try to assist you in the best possible way.
To return/exchange an item, please email us at info@ettashoes.com (or your official email) with the reason, order number, and product details.
The return/exchange process may take 10–14 working days.
If you request a return, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded after we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions above. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. (Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa.)
If you request an exchange, our team will send the replacement product and you will hand over the old product to our rider. The customer will be responsible for costs associated with the exchange process. Courier replacement facility is available for limited cities only.
For other cities, customers must send the product via courier themselves and will be responsible for the courier charges.
