At Etta Shoes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need a return or exchange, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth process.

 

1) Returns & Exchanges (Eligibility)
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/labels attached (where applicable).

  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return/exchange.

 

2) Minor Defects or Delivery Damage

If you receive an item with a minor defect or minor damage during delivery, Etta Shoes may offer a discount instead of an exchange or refund, depending on the case.
For major issues, please contact support immediately so we can guide you.

 

3) International Orders

For international orders, the procedure may differ due to courier and customs rules. Please contact our customer support team and we will assist you with the best possible solution.

 

4) How to Request a Return/Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Our support team will confirm the next steps after reviewing your request.

 

5) Processing Time
  • Return/exchange processing typically takes 10–14 working days after the product is received and inspected.

 

6) Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and confirmed to meet the eligibility conditions.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed through the available method as per support guidance.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless confirmed otherwise by support.

 

7) Exchanges
  • For exchanges, the customer will return the old product to our rider (where rider exchange service is available).

  • Courier replacement service is available for limited cities only.

  • For other cities, customers may need to courier the item themselves and will be responsible for courier charges.

 

Order & Delivery Terms (Etta Shoes)

Product Availability

If a product is out of stock or unavailable after ordering, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may be offered:

  • A suitable alternative, or

  • Cancellation of the order (as per availability)

 

Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted when:

  • The product(s) are dispatched, or

  • The ordered service (if any) has started processing

 

Order Cancellation

Etta Shoes reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete customer information required for delivery

 

Delivery

In some cases, delivery may be split if part of the order is delayed or unavailable.
You will not be charged extra for additional delivery caused by such split shipments.

 

Changes to Terms

Etta Shoes may revise these policies and terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable once published on the website.
