Thanks for shopping with Etta Shoes. We send what we show — customer satisfaction is our first priority. We always upload two to three angle pictures on our website for every product so our customers can check the details before ordering.

We want you to love our products and recommend us to others, but we also understand that size and fitting can sometimes be an issue when you try shoes. That’s why we offer TRY BEFORE YOU BUY — so you can comfortably check your order at the time of delivery.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (How it Works)

When the rider comes to deliver your order, you can try the shoes while the rider waits outside. You only pay once you are completely satisfied.
If you need an exchange for another size or another pair, just message us on our Instagram and our team will arrange the exchange. The exchange will take approximately the same time as your first delivery.

If you were not available or didn’t get the chance to try the product at the time of delivery, don’t worry — we also offer exchanges/returns.

Exchange Policy
  • If you request an exchange, our team will send you the new product and you will hand over the old product to our rider.

  • Any article purchased can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • The returned/exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags/labels attached.

  • In case of minor defects or damages during delivery, Etta Shoes may offer a discount instead of an exchange or refund.

  • This policy is applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan only. For international orders, please contact our customer support team and we will try to assist you in the best possible way.

  • To return/exchange an item, call us at 0311-1122289 or email us at wecare@ettashoes.com with the reason for return/exchange and your order number.

  • The process may take 10–14 working days.

  • If you request a return, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded once we receive the item back and confirm it meets the conditions mentioned above. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. (Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa.)

  • For other cities, customers have to send the product via courier themselves and will be responsible for courier charges.
